1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit this shop, create an account or buy any of our products. By using the shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the shop.

This shop is run by Mujiba Salaam Parker, "The Empowerment Queen™" ("we", "us" or "our"). You can reach us through our contact page.
3. Your account
- You can browse and buy without creating an account. When you complete an order, we create an account for you so you can access your purchases, and we e-mail you a link to set your password.
- Please keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- The details you give us (such as your name, e-mail and shipping address) must be accurate.
4. Our products
- Digital products (ebooks, audio, reports and coaching programs) are delivered electronically, by download link and in your account.
- Online courses are viewed in the private course area of your account.
- Printed journals are printed and shipped by our printing partner.
- Bulk paperback orders are handled as described on the order page.
We work hard to describe every product accurately, but colors and images may differ slightly from the finished product.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by PayPal or Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Discount codes have their own conditions and can't be exchanged for cash.
6. Using our digital products and courses
When you buy a digital product or course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal use. You may not:
- share, resell, copy or distribute the files, videos or materials;
- share your account or course login with anyone else;
- record, download or republish course videos, except where a download is clearly offered.
We may suspend access if these rules are broken.
7. Delivery
- Digital products are usually delivered by e-mail within minutes of payment. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the e-mail.
- Printed journals are shipped by our printing partner. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location.
8. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
9. Not professional advice
Our books, courses, coaching programs and other products are for educational and inspirational purposes only. They are not legal, business, financial, medical or mental health advice. Results vary from person to person, and you're responsible for your own decisions. Information about mortgages and money is general education, not personal financial advice. Please speak to a qualified professional about your own situation.
10. Intellectual property
All content in this shop and in our products (including text, images, videos, designs and logos) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. "The Empowerment Queen" is a trademark of Mujiba Salaam Parker.

To the extent allowed by law, we're not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the shop or our products. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
